Ilmor Marine Wins 2017 NMMA Customer Satisfaction Award for Inboard Engines

Affirming its longstanding commitment to a superior customer experience, Ilmor Marine received the marine industry’s highest honor in customer satisfaction. 

The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) awarded Ilmor with the 2017 Marine Industry CSI Award in the inboard marine engine category. The CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Award recognizes marine manufacturers who achieve the highest levels of customer contentment, as reported by their customers within the first 12 months of boat ownership.  To qualify for the CSI award, manufacturers must achieve and maintain an independently-measured standard of excellence in customer satisfaction over the past year.

Though 2017 is the first year Ilmor has entered the NMMA CSI award pool, the manufacturer has been active in the recreational inboard marine segment since 2010, touting a legacy of product quality and customer support.
