About Ilmor Engineering, Inc. (U.S.A.)

 

Ilmor Engineering, Inc. (USA), was incorporated in 1990 as an Indy Car racing company. In 1998, we expanded our operation into racing and performance powertrain development with the construction of a state-of-the-art facility in Plymouth, Michigan.

 

Ilmor Engineering, Inc. is currently owned by Roger Penske, Mario Illien and Liz Morgan, widow of founding partner Paul Morgan.

 

Today Ilmor Engineering, Inc. employs more than 80 engineering, assembly, and support personnel and has expanded into several open wheel racing circuits including NASCAR, midget, baja and kart, along with marine high performance and racing worldwide.
