3 cylinder, 12 valve DOHC engine. Full engine management with fuel injection and individual cylinder coil ignition system. Dry sump lubrication system with external 3,5 liter oil tank and integrated water/oil heat exchanger.
Engine management has automatic control of fuelling and ignition timing from -10ºC to +80ºC, with barometric control from 50 - 120kPa (20000ft /600m assuming ISA conditions).
Integrated gearbox and wet clutch assembly with step down ratio of 2,393 allowing maximum propeller speeds of 4400rpm.
140 PS @ 10500rpm (4390rpm propeller speed), 46, 1 1/hr fuel consumption, 100Nm torque @ 8250rpm (240Nm propeller torque at 3450rpm) at 20ºC and 1013mbar
